| Developments in science and technology business incubators promotes the progress of scientific and technological innovation and entrepreneurship in the whole society.The development level is a key interference factor driving the development of innovation in the entire society.With the new development perspectives of encouraging scientific and technological innovation and stimulating innovation and entrepreneurship in the country,it is necessary to follow the trend of science and technology business incubators,so as to set up some strategic policies to support it.In order to promote healthy and stable growth of science and technology business incubators in China,the government has dramatically increased its investment in financial resources,human resources and infrastructure of science and technology business incubator.However,has the output ratio of China’s sci-tech business incubators increasesd significantly? Has these policies promoted the sound development of the operation of China’s sci-tech business incubators? To promote the innovation of sci-tech enterprises and then drive the healthy development of China’s economy,how will the operation of China’s sci-tech business incubators be improved?In order to give a reasonable explanation to these problems,it is necessary to make a dynamic analysis of the performance of sci-tech business incubators in various provinces in China and make a comprehensive and systematic evaluation of its influencing factors,so as to realize that sci-tech business incubators provide a good development atmosphere for China’s sci-tech innovation and entrepreneurship enterprises,bring up qualified personnel,and improve their management level and business incubation strength,and then help in the rapid development of China’s economy.In view of the above problems,this article selected panel data of 31 provinces in China from 2016 to 2021 to conduct a study around the operation of technology business incubators in China.The main work includes: First,reviewing the current research status of domestic and foreign relevant literature in this field,clarifying the connotation of performance evaluation of technology business incubators,and defining the basic principle,and defines the basic principles and concepts closely related to this topic.Secondly,in order to set up a complete performance evaluation index system for China’s science and technology business incubators,this article artificially divides the sample data into two aspects: input and output,and comprehensively evaluates the performance of China’s science and technology business incubators from the static level according to the DEA-BCC model.Then,according to the Malmquist index method,this thesis systematically analyzes the performance of China’s sci-tech business incubators from the dynamic level;Then,according to relevant theories,this thesis puts forward relevant basic hypotheses that affect the performance of science and technology business incubators,and carries out regression test and analysis based on Tobit regression model.Finally,according to the results of empirical analysis and regression test,it summarizes the rationalization suggestions to improve the performance of sci-tech business incubators in China,promote the development of science and technology innovation,and drive the healthy,sustainable and stable progress of economy in our country: promote the correct guidance of government funds,improve policies;Gather and form mass entrepreneurship and innovation service areas to upgrade services;Build a brand and play a leading role in the development of high-quality incubators;Cultivate space operation talents and improve continuous operation ability. |
