Study On The Issues About Fair Income Distribution Problem Of Urban And Rural Residents

How could the society, government,markets and individual join efforts to bulid a just andharmonious society is the core of this study.Since the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh CPC Central Committee, hard working ofseveral generations of leaders, China has moved from a political power gradually converted to amajor economic power. In the process of economic development, especially after1992, DengXiaoping's Southern speech,China's economic development rapidly because of reform and openingup to further increase, the optimization of the environment, rising income levels of nationals.Dueto historical reasons and geographical gap between the urban and rural residents' income gapcontinued to widen,people's attention is no longer a "scarcity" but "inequality ",more and morepeople pay attention to equitable income distribution problems. Allowed to narrow the income gapbetween the National, in particular the requirement to narrow the income gap between urban andrural residents, so as to maintain social harmony and stability.Firstly this paper gives the background of the topics, especially the leaders of severalgenerations since the founding of the distribution of ideas one by one interpretation. Secondly,in-depth analysis from the situation of China's affirmed the achievements since the reformofopening up, and put forward the problems to be solved. thirdly, use the basic knowledge ofMarxist theory, combined with Law, Principles of Management analyzes the reason for the injusticeof the income of urban and rural residents of this phenomenon, as a basis for countermeasures toachieve a fair distribution of urban and rural incomes.
