In recent years, with the social economy and the development of science and technology, Theliving standard of the people is rising, The popularity of the mobile phone is more and more high, Itplays a very important role In people's daily life, work, learning, Additionally,China has become theworld's largest mobile communication market. However, faced with foreign brands challenges, thedomestically produced handset enterprise is not smooth but twist. Because of core technology,quality, brand awareness, marketing, after-sale service and other issues, the domestically producedhandset enterprise competitive advantage was weakened gradually and the market share wasdeclined annually. It is the urgent problems for domestic mobile phone enterprise to seizeopportunities, overcome adversity, cultivate their core competitiveness and form lasting competitiveadvantage. Therefore, the mobile phone enterprises competitiveness analysis on future developmentin China has important significance.This paper focuses on the development of the domestic mobile phone enterprises to carry outthe research. Firstly, It Introduces the enterprise competitiveness theory, And applying of thePotter five competitiveness model and SWOT model two kinds of theory, It lays a solid theoreticalfoundation for the domestic mobile phone enterprises competition analysis research; Secondly,starting from the level of market competition ability, It researchs on development stages andanalysis the development situation of market effectively, It points out many existing problems aboutthe development of domestic mobie phone enterprise; Then, with the domestic mobile phoneenterprises competitiveness Meizu status as an example, using school of the industrial structure ofPorter's five forces and SWOT model analysis theory, the author give theoretical guidance for thedevelopment of domestic mobile handset manufacturer. Having analyzed the domestic mobilephone enterprises competitive advantage, inferior position, opportunity, threat, which combinedwith the actual, the author puts forward to domestic mobile phone company to seize the opportunity, change the status quo, and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises;Finally, it proposes thestrategic idea of the future competitiveness of the inland mobile phone enterprises.
