Since the reform and opening up, major enterprises of china are showing a leapfrog development trend. Employees especially the young staff as a strategic resource are playing a more and more important role in the enterprise development. Young staff as the main force in the construction of enterprise production is the future of enterprise development also the most creative and accept new things quickly. With encouraging enthusiasm, creativity and initiative of young staff, the enterprises will develop better, faster, stronger. The flow rate of young workers grows with each passing day. Enterprise for these employees pays a lot of replacement cost. It gives the enterprise survival and development has brought hitherto unknown pressure. In this context, it is necessary to research the young staffs career management. The thesis takes the young employees of Company TJGW as the research object. The aim of the thesis is that put forward relatively perfect program of career management for Company TJGW. The author hopes that this article can provide reference for the enterprise and even the entire port industry to carry out career management.This article mainly includes seven parts:introduction, career management theory; human resources survey in TJGW; status quo of career management in TJGW, investigation and analysis of employee career management in TJGW, guarantee measures of career management for young employees in TJGW, and conclusion.This paper mainly adopts literature index method, case analysis method, statistics analysis method. Based on the theory of career management, the study analyzes the status quo of young employees career in TJGW, and Finds the problems on career development for young employees in the company and career management of the company. To ensure that young employees career management work smoothly scientific and effective career development channel is designed and effective career management system and corresponding security measures is established. Thus, it will improve young employee abilities for business and management in TJGW, and inspire young employees work enthusiasm and then improve their performance. Furthermore it is helpful for building competitive young staff teams, and effectively promoting competency of the company.This research shows that:Since youth staff in their career in the early stage have a strong growth needs, but Company TJGW ignores some employees demand in the process of cultivation of young staff and Staff profession channels are not clear. Young employees produced confused. To establish the scientific career management can effectively solve the problem. Career management is a systematic project, which needs active cooperation of every part of human resource management, more attention from top managers, and personnel, relevant departments.The research results have a practical reference for career management not only in Company TJGW but also in other similar enterprises.
