Employee career management as an important part of human resources management should also be one of the effective ways to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises.With the existing system of human resources management becoming difficult to cope with the employment of young employees,the most important purpose of work among young employees is to realize their ideals,show their personal values and satisfy their personal interests.Bank work is generally relatively modeled and standardized,which is incompatible with the youth's individuality and demands for innovation.And a lot of 90 after entering the employment of one to two years to choose to leave,and even many companies have tried their best to hire employees not yet admitted a lot of loss,resulting in a waste of human resources.Therefore,career management of young employees is crucial.At present,all commercial banks in China have established a relatively sound human resources system.However,there is no specific formulation of employee career development channels and staff training,especially in career planning for employees.It is mere formality and has not been practically implemented Planning and implementation.Based on the current human resources system of Bank of China branch in Jilin City,this paper fully understands the needs of young employees' career development,designs the career related contents of young employees in branches,and develops a career development questionnaire to take the questionnaire method Self-designed questionnaire form,closely around the corporate culture,work environment,career planning,development channels,training effects and other content of the Bank of China branch in Jilin City,a questionnaire survey of employees,analysis of the current problems in career management,Bank of China Jilin Branch has problems in understanding the importance of career management both in organization and in individuals,especially in organizations with low levels of organizational involvement.Combining with the purpose of this research,this paper discusses the optimization design and system construction of career management system for young employees based on competency model.Draw lessons from the experience of excellent career planning management in foreign banks,clarify the guiding ideology and principles,and analyze the existing Bank of China branch in Jilin City from the aspects of weak career management awareness,uneven development opportunities,narrow promotion channels and imperfect appraisal system.Occupation management system,building to Bank of China Jilin City,the company's development strategy-oriented,based on corporate job competency model,the establishment of Bank of China Jilin Branch with characteristics of employee career management system.This study extracts the core competencies of enterprises,determines the structure of competencies based on the job sequence,evaluates job competencies according to the position of competency,and improves the theoretical system of employee career management.At the same time,it designs for Bank of China Jilin Branch Feasible and effective career management system to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance,with some academic research value and practical value.
