In today's world, science and information technology is increasingly advancing, the competition of business is also increasingly fierce. Corporate culture and identity of the corporate image increasingly become the keys to victory. So more and more companies are focusing on corporate image building. Good corporate image greatly advances the development of their own. In particularly, the use of appropriate communication strategies can also be injected the new vitality and value for the company's image. Therefore, the corporate image building and communication strategy has become an urgent problem in theory.For the research of communication strategies of corporate image-building, there is a lot of domestic and foreign research. However, using communication theory for study is not systematic and comprehensive, especially going deep into the pawn business is not much at this level. This paper attempts from the communication point of view to analyze the communication strategies of corporate image shaping in the pawn business. Taking a pawn business in Wuhan for example, this paper is exploring the problems through the combination of theory and practice in the modern media environment, and exploring future trends in order to provide the reference to other mortgage companies.First of all, the introduction of this paper briefly describe the origins of research, the history and present situation of research, the aim, significance and the methods of research. The first part of this paper defines the basic concept of the pawn and pawn business enterprise image. It checks the history and present situation of the pawn business and elaborates the pawn enterprise image CIS strategy. The second part of this article exactly elaborates communication strategies in the use of image-building of the pawn business from both internal and external aspects and points out those problems. It analyzes the differences between the pawn business and general business in communication strategies from the communication power, the communication mode and the crisis of public relations. The third part of this article is aimed at those problems to put forward propose of the future trends of communication strategies in the use of image-building of the pawn business.The basic conclusion is:in today's open and modern media environment, the pawn business should carry out innovation from playing a mix of old and new media strength, building pawn business communication system and creating public service activities to spread the brand.
