Era of knowledge economy, enterprises want to obtain advantage and leading position in the fierce competition, which requires companies to have a loyal staff. However, a common phenomenon in the turnover rate in employees is rising, while the loyalty of employees of enterprises in coming down. It is in this context, more and more scholars began to conduct the relevant staff loyalty research, previous studies showed that there are many factors affecting employee loyalty, so it is different about point of view, methods and strategies how to improve employee loyalty for the business. This paper is based on enhancing employees loyal to this basic premise, from the perspective of employee psychological ownership of the relevant research.The paper wants to find a new perspective for how to enhance employee loyalty according to analyze the relationship between psychological ownership and employee loyalty. First, the paper makes a review of relevant theories and literatures of psychological ownership and employee loyalty and analyses the relationship between them, which builds a theoretical basis for follow analysis. Then, the paper analyses the mechanism between psychological ownership and employee loyalty, build a research model and proposed hypotheses.The conceptual model regards job satisfaction as the mediator to discuss the relationship between psychological ownership and employee loyalty.In addition, the paper has presented an empirical test the hypothesis. In the empirical analysis phase, the paper designs a questionnaire firstly, and then modifies the original questionnaire through small-scale testing. The paper test and verify scale hypothesis mainly through factor analysis, reliability and validity analysis, variance analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis.The assumptions made in the paper were empirical, and reached the following conclusions of several aspects in the last.The first is that staff loyalty is divided into four dimensions, namely, corporate identity and belonging, resists the temptation, sense of responsibility and the benefits employees; Secondly, the psychological ownership and job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on employee loyalty; Thirdly job satisfaction plays a partial mediation role between psychological ownership and employee loyalty. Finally the paper makes a deeper analysis of the empirical results and provides a few suggestions which could enhance staff loyalty from the perspective of Psychological Ownership.
