Customers are an important strategic asset in the telecommunications industry structure and major changes in the competitive environment, how to effectively manage this important resource has become the core competitiveness of telecommunication enterprises to enhance the importance of content. In academic research, characteristics of a deep understanding of customer value and effective evaluation of customer value to be a hot issue. Therefore, the value of telecom customers to find effective methods of evaluation, the value of the subdivision, to distinguish the profitability of different customers, the differences in management. Being applied to the marketing strategy to guide the allocation of corporate resources, this study not only of academic significance, but also has great practical significance.Thinking on these issues, this paper reviews the literature on the large, customers, customer value, customer value management, defining the concept of customer value management theory literature the content of the summary and evaluation, and then the telecommunications company Product features and analysis of customer consumption characteristics, customer value and potential value of the current dimensions of the telecommunications industry, building customer value assessment system, and gives the specific indicators and calculation methods.Finally, the value of Telecom Customer evaluation Yancheng empirical analysis, the use of customer value assessment results is customer management, marketing, product design and strategic guidance and elaboration of tariff formulation.
