With the rapid development of new technologies such as mobile communications,big data,cloud computing and Internet of things,the business structure of telecom operators has changed significantly.The group customer market,which takes the government and enterprises as the main body,has strong demand for new technology and huge market space,which has become the focus of telecom operators' competition.Compared with individual customers,group customers have the characteristics of complex demand,long decision-making period and high maintenance difficulty.Therefore,in order to obtain competitive advantage in the group customer market,the customer must be refined and the customer value must be continuously excavated.The premise of solving this problem is to evaluate the customer value and to subdivide the customer.Therefore,how to establish and improve the management system of group customer value evaluation has become an important research topic in the telecommunications industry to deal with market competition.System theory is to regard anything that has a specific function as a system,and study its structure,function and operation rule.System theory from the overall analysis of the system,to find out the existing problems of the system,and improve the system to optimize the system,so as to realize the function of the whole system.Group customer value evaluation system,as an enterprise management system,is also an organic whole with specific structure and function.Therefore,it is reasonable and feasible to study and improve it with the guidance of the system theory,which is in line with the needs of the group customer value evaluation system of YD corporation.In this paper,the whole management system of the customer value evaluation of YD company group is taken as the research object.Under the guidance of the system theory,it is considered as a complete system.In view of the problems existing in the system of the group customer value evaluation system,the system is perfected from two aspects of the structure and function of the system.It has the overall function of the system,so as to realize the evaluation of group customer value and the classification of customers.On the basis of customer value evaluation,the results of customer value evaluation are applied to formulate marketing and service strategies,provide different marketing and service for different value customers,realize the effective allocation of enterprise resources,so as to better mine customer value and improve the efficiency of enterprises.Through the actual case of YD company's customer value evaluation system,this paper proves that the system theory has an effective guiding role for the improvement of the group customer value evaluation system,and provides a new way of thinking for the establishment and improvement of the group customer value evaluation system of the telecom industry.
