How to develop faster electronic lock which has got more market value is the most important strategic issues for each enterprise in these increasingly market competitive days.So strengthening the new product development schedule management is the important project to each enterprise.This thesis named as “Study on schedule management for S new product development in A company”,firstly the thesis introduced the current situation of A company's new product development and analyzes the main reasons for the lag of the new product development in A company.Before the beginning of the project,using WBS(Work Breakdown Structure)to breakdown the S new product development,get some relatively independent subunits,using the critical path method to develop a preliminary project schedule.Getting the relational tables between input costs and shorten time based on the linear programming model for leaders to make a decision.In the process of project implementation,established the network model through the bayesian to trace the S product development,timely warned the schedule delay risk and used the optimization measures to improve it.Based on the above methods,the final total duration of the S new product development is shorten 1 day than the planning.The achievements of this thesis can give lots of valuable advice for the schedule management in other new product development projects in A company.
