This article research on 4R theories for service marketing,combines the macro environment,micro environment and competitive environment of the development of the external diagnostic industry,and takes SK company service marketing as an example,and passes the investigation method.Understanding and mastering the current situation of SK service marketing and the problems it faces,the results show that:low quality,less interactive communication,and lack of relationship marketing;Lack of innovation and low degree of linkages in technical services;The active service consciousness is not strong,and the response speed is slow;Business costs are high,benefits are low,returns are weak and so on.Using 4R marketing theory,this paper puts forward the strategy of improving the quality of relationship marketing:improving the quality and level of service,strengthening the interaction with customers;Establishing an association strategy with product services:product service demand innovation Association,professional technical service association;Market response speed strategy:attach importance to demand change and information feedback;A win-win market return strategy:to create profits for the company and create value for customers.
