A Study On The Countermeasure Of Developing Rural Cooperative Finance In The Western Region

The capital to develop rural economy mainly comes from rural cooperative finance .Western country is so backward that it needs more support from rural cooperative finance to develop itself. Therefore, it is very necessary and important to improve and develop rural cooperative finance for the Western Region.Methods of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis are mainly hired in this paper to search the reason hided behind the unbalanced problem of the financial supply and demand. Based on this more deeply search, three useful proposals are provided to direct the reform and development of western rural cooperative finance. Firstly, it is to improve the macro environment to develop Rural Credit Cooperatives and the civilian cooperative financial organization. Secondly, it is to reform Rural Credit Cooperatives and develop various types of rural civilian cooperative financial organization. Thirdly, it is to establish a much efficient and organic Multi--Rural-Cooperative-Finance System which can harmonizes the Rural Credit Cooperative and rural civilian cooperative finance well.
