The article first stated the development background, characteristics and state of the high-tech corporations in the culture of Chinese, and told us some reasons of the frequent turnover behaviors, this made up the motive and the significance of this study.Secondly, this study focused on factors of organizational treatment, perceived organizational support (POS), working attitudes and outcomes and the relationship between them through literature review about this area, and this made me find more valuable conclusions while there were also many shortages. Because of these our main idea was about the study on the relationship of organizational treatment, POS, working attitudes (job satisfaction and affective commitment) and outcomes (turnover intention, task and contextual performance) of the professional technicians in the high-tech corporations.The methods we used in the study were literature summarizes, the purpose of this step was to think out the hypotheses model;then the interviews to modify the model in order to make it more proper for the Chinese culture;and then the questionnaire survey to collect data and the conclusions were made through the analysis by the software of SPSS 11.5 and LISREL 8.70. The hypotheses were largely supported. The main results were showed as follows:1. The concept of the POS and its measurement are also proper for our culture of Chinese high-tech professional technicians.2. Two of the organizational treatments are procedural justice and supervisory support. The statistical results showed that they were all strongly positive with POS.3. POS is strongly positive with working attitudes (job satisfaction and affective commitment).4. POS is strongly related to three outcomes, and POS is positive with performance, negative with the turnover intention.5. Working attitudes are strongly related to working outcomes, and job satisfaction can forecast the three outcomes but affective can only forecast performance effectively.6. Job satisfaction can effectively mediate the relationship between POS and the three outcomes. Affective commitment can only mediate the relationship between POS and performance.
