Study Of Ideological And Political Education Of SOE’s Young Employees

Nowadays, the ideological and political education for the youth in SOE is faced with new problems. In the wake of development of market economy and deepening of SOE’s reform, fresh changes have emerged in the environment of ideological education and ideological situation. Confronting new situations, how could the education keep pace with the times and stay innovative? How could the ideological work maintain its role as a lifeline? The answers and elaborations to the above questions seem to be vital for participants in the field of ideological and political work.My paper will focus on the study of Shanxi Ultra High Voltage Company young employees’ideological and political working conditions by methods of questionnaire, survey, comparison and observation, in an attempt to improve these conditions.This paper consists of three parts. The first part mainly elaborates the characteristics of the youth and the current conditions of the said company, with the help of the investigation, summarizing the youth’s mainstream and necessity of the ideological and political education. The second part primarily goes to problems generated owing to the weakening of youth’s ideological and political work, complication of ideological target, marketization and dated working methods. The third part is the key part, which chiefly emphasizes the importance of security mechanism of the ideological and political work, which can be achieved by firmly following the leadership of CPC, scientific educational concept and method, competent political work staff and well-established working mechanism. The last part is creating new ways for the education, basically through building corporate culture and introducing youth’s career planning and development.
