Research Of Financial Management Application In Small And Medium Enterprises

Financial management is an integrated management form, which makes decision,planand control the enterprise funds by value form. Financial management is an importantcomponent of enterprise management, and it is responsible for the real-time and accuratefinancial data to business decision-makers. Standardized financial management will helpmobilize the enthusiasm of the masses of workers, which is the key for SMEs to survival anddevelope.In recent years, China's SMEs are facing unprecedented opportunities for development,while also facing challenges never before. In this paper, aiming at financial managementapplication in small and medium enterprises and starting with financial analysis, we find outthe problems existing in corporate financial management application, meanwhile, as theproblems such as light financial sense of enterprsie legal person, dependent financialmanagement body or person, confusion of enterprise asset management and other issues, wepropose the establishment and improvement of a new management system, and put forwardan innovative approach to inventory management and informationized financial managementanalysis under funds time value, with a view to provide a reference for the development ofSMEs.The main results and work of this paper are as follows:1. system analyzes of current development of SMEs in China. By analyzing the statusquo of development of SMEs, we understand the position and role of SMEs in economicdevelopment. Combined with China's economic development situation, we put forward theurgency of financial analysis and working capital management in SMEs. 2. Take the SMEs in Zhejiang as example, we analysis the application status of financialmanagement in small and medium enterprises .Through the relevant financial analysis ofNingbo Wangji Industry and Trade firm, we point out the main reasons of financialdifficulties and low profits in enterprises, therefore, we propose a financial managementapplication mode to strengthen working capital management, inventorymanagement,accounts receivable management.3. through the financial management problems in the SME, we propose to carry outfinancial analysis to strengthen the concept of self-management of funds, and propose toestablish an internal accounting system to improve the understanding of financialmanagement, strengthen the quality of education of accountants, strengthen its financialmanagement measures, as well as propose that the government should increase efforts tosupport SME development, establish a new inventory model under funds time,and establishinformation network platform to enhance the financial management, which can make up forthe traditional financial management in SMEs application.
