Along with our country economic development,small and medium-sized enterprises are developing quickly.In the meantime small and medium-sized enterprises are playing an increasingly important roles in employment expansion,technological innovation,taxes increase and the healthy development of industrial structure etc,and they are the foundation and important pillar of economic development and social stability.At present,the financial management level is the key factor to determine small and medium-sized enterprises growing in addition to small capital size,low technical content,low personnel quality.However,the financial management level of most small and medium-sized enterprises is not high,and the efficiency of financial management is low,such as the funds management is not strict,the financial control is weak,the management model is rigid and the management idea and means are backward,which seriously limits small and medium-sized enterprises growing.The paper takes H company as an example to study the financial management so that improving the financial management level of small and medium-sized enterprises.This paper analyzes and summarizes the research results of domestic and foreign scholars on financial management,and takes H company as an example to summarize and analyze the main problems existing in its financial management and to discuss the optimization scheme of financial management by using case analysis and field research methods.First of all,this paper expounds the concept and characteristics of small and medium-sized enterprises,briefly introduces the basic situation of H company,identifies the scale of small and medium-sized enterprises,analyzes its financial management status,and determines the objectives of financial management.Then considering the practicality and operational of financial management work and combined with the enterprise scale and industry background,the paper analyzes the main problems existing in the financial management of H company and the causes,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.The paper puts forward some management measures such as widening financing channels,reducing financingcosts,strengthening accounts receivable and inventory management,adjusting capital structure,strengthening internal control and so on,and puts forward the optimization plan of H company's financial management from the two aspects of improving revenue and controlling risk,and ensures its effective implementation.The paper expects to find out the common financial management problems of small and medium-sized enterprises,and provides some references for perfecting the similar enterprises financial management.
