Study On Problems And Countermeasures In Financial Management Of Small And Medium

At the present stage,all kinds of small and medium-sized enterprises have become the main body to promote China's economic development,and play a decisive role in providing jobs and driving technological innovation.This paper takes XM Textile Co.,Ltd.,a small and medium-sized textile enterprise,as an example to study its financial management.The enterprise is a typical small and medium-sized enterprise with small scale,low degree of mechanization and low overall scientific and cultural level.The enterprise has some shortcomings,such as low quality,insufficient understanding of financial management,incompatibility between capital structure and enterprise development,shortage of funds,insufficient internal control and blind investment.Based on the scientific means of financial management,this paper deeply analyses the operation,profitability and debt-paying ability of XM Company.Finally,the financial management of the enterprise has been improved,and the managers gradually realize that XM Company's financial management has been improved.The importance of financial management and internal control has revitalized the enterprise.Financial management is very important to a company.It is the core content of enterprise management.The fundamental way for a small and medium-sized enterprise to survive is to grasp its own economic lifeline,that is,to carry out good financial management.It can not only help enterprises to reduce costs,but also grasp the process of capital operation from a macro perspective.To a certain extent,it can reduce the financial risk of enterprises and maximize their profits.Therefore,for small and medium-sized enterprises in textile service industry,the improvement and optimization of financial management is of great significance.The financial management of enterprises is an important link in the process of business management.Only by constantly optimizing financial management can enterprises promote their development and growth.Starting from the perspective of financial management of small and medium-sized enterprises,taking XM Textile Co.,Ltd.as a case,this paper points out the shortcomings of financial management of enterprises based on modern financial management theory by using the methods of documentation,case analysis and comparative study.Firstly,based on the actual operation status and financial management status of XM company,this paper makes a detailed analysis,points out the problems existing in its financial management,discusses the causes of these problems,and puts forward corresponding suggestions.Then make a plan for XM company's financial internal control,objectives and other contents,put forward effective suggestions and methods,and establish a set of financial management system suitable for the development of small and medium-sized enterprises,help the leaders of small and medium-sized enterprises to establish a reasonable financial management program from the management level,and promote the sustainable and steady development of small and medium-sized enterprises in a better direction.
