With the development of Internet and e-commerce, user habits and needs have changed a lot.Because of its low-cost, convenient, interactive and other features, electronic channels have unprecedented attention of the major operators in China. China Telecom Corporation made special strategic planning for electronic channels. Because of this background, the branch of China Telecom in C province plan to fight and strive to create core competitiveness.The largest power to driving the development of electronic channels in C Province is customer needs: to adapt to customer needs, meet customer, and even lead customer needs. Secondly, because the scale of mobile and broadband users in C provincial is already large, the resulting pressure on the marketing services can be effectively mitigated through electronic channels. Finally, C Province Branch wants to establish the future competitive advantage through the development of electronic channels. Thus, relevant scientific and theoretical research and specific practices is really crisis.First of all, a comprehensive summary is made in this paper about the international research on the status of electronic channels and typical cases. By way of PEST analysis, this paper tells the macro Internet environment about Chinatelecom clearly. This paper put forward innovative on "Five Forces" model of electronic channels: the adaptation of products and channels, the impact of electronic channels by customers, potential new channel type, channel competition and coordination, and inter-operator competition on electronic channels. This article also gives an objective analysis about the impact on other business aspects from the development of electronic channel.This research paper of electronic channels, a comprehensive and in-depth analysis is made which based on many innovativer analyses, as Five Forces. AHP and expert score methods, the use of EFE Matrix and IFE Matrix, internal and external factors affecting the evaluation, and conduct a comprehensive SWOT analysis. Finally, this paper made a C provincial telecommunications company's marketing strategic objectives and guiding ideology. By using the AHP, the most suitable strategy is evaluated. Eventually, combined with the actual situation in the telecommunications C Province, five aspects of electronic channel strategy implementation strategy is provided. This study is suitable for the strategic adjustment of China Telecom, as well as China Mobile and China Unicom in the development of electronic channels. In addition to the communications industry, this research process and the ideas can also be used as reference to the banking and aviation industry.
