Since midst of 1980s, with the ongoing acceleration of global competition and technological innovation and the growing demand of consumer with personalized and diversified, economy has become an important characteristic of the times, which are greatly changing the environment for survival and development of enterprises that call for higher requirements about flexibility, efficiency, learning ability and other aspects. Enterprises pursuing growth on their own internal resources is not only inefficient, but also uncompetitive. Business growth also depends on the resources and the relationships between enterprises. From seeking internal growth to external cooperation, the external linkages of enterprises strengthen and the relationships between enterprises become close. Companies and partners tend to built relations with formal or informal networks for network growth. With the shift of paradigm about competition and cooperation between enterprises, the traditional competition between individual enterprise gradually shifted to the network form of the competition and the competitive advantage also derived from the network. How to identify and build business network system, and positively influence their health will ultimately determine the fate of a company. In the background, the research of the business network strategy becomes particularly important.From the perspective of GVC, with the thought of the value chain decomposition, reconstruction and analysis of network in vertical disintegration of industry, we develop a more in-depth analysis about business network and build a binary driven model which may be a certain extent improved on the traditional value network which only consist of the value driven. Based on such research, we make a further analysis of the competitive advantage of the business network, built a four-capacity interaction model and give the corresponding network strategy upon the four capacity.
