Telecom operators have entered the era of diversified business. Providing only voice telecommunication infrastructure services is the past. They have transformed from telecommunication infrastructure service providers to integrated information service providers. Their value chain used to have three parts: equipment manufacturers, service providers, and end-users. Now these parts extend to communications service providers, content providers, application and integration service providers, financial services providers, terminal equipment providers, users of the new multi-link industry chain. Telecom operators' primary function is to provide telecommunication infrastructure services. However, value-added services, especially the Internet service, will be the key for sustained growth. Constant innovation and development of the value-added services need new business models. The electronic business has brought the turning point for telecommunication operation business.Network printing business is conducted as a value-added business on the Internet in recent years. Based on the Internet and communication technologies, it digitizes digital photo-processing services and related product sales. Consumers can order products and access to the services through terminal equipment.From the perspective of electronic business operation, this thesis firstly analys and assess market environment of network printing business which is value-added service,then basic on analysis user's behavior characteristics of electronic business, proposes the target customers of the network printing business and main factors that effect the business development.Basic on analysis Henna Netcom Corporation internal organization structure and network situation,combine the early trial result of the network printing business,the thesis conclude henna Netcom has the unique strengths to develop network printing business from use swot analysis method.In order to make network printing sites operater better,considered from business operation model,process design and network marketing strategy,,this thesis proposes combination marketing strategy basic on products,price,promotion and place.In product perspective, considered from the characteristics of business import stage ,the thesis advises to extend service strategies, such as introducing QQ as customer service, improving the pre-sale, sale, post-sale services.In pricing perspective, a low price penetration strategy is suggested, in order to cultivate users consume habits and expand the market rapidly.In channel perspective, in order to expand customers of network printing business,reference channel marketing experience of phone,PHS,broadband,,the thesis suggests combination marketing channel strategy which using internet as the main sales channel,business office and community manager as supplement based on integration resources.In promotion perspective, in order to establish the company's image of technology leading, publicity and promotion differential services,the thesis propose flexible combination many promotion way such as advertising,public relations,marketing personnel and business presentation.
