Research On Technical Knowledge Diffusion Based On Diffusion Subject And Diffusion Object

In the open and varied innovation environment,the diffusion of technical knowledge is an important factor to promote innovation.It is important to grasp the subjects and objects of technical knowledge diffusion.It is helpful for enterprises to reduce the risk of R & D and to improve the profit of R & D achievements transformation.And it is of great significance to the decision makers to develop programs and strategies.As the carrier of the invention technology,patent is an increasingly important perspective to analyze technological knowledge diffusion.We regard patents as the carrier of technical knowledge diffusion.Based on patent and patent citation information,we study the diffusion of technical knowledge from two aspects of the subject and object of diffusion for enterprises,and we proposed the corresponding technical upgrading strategy based on the research results.Our research includes three parts: The first part,research on the subjects of technology knowledge diffusion based on proprietors citation network: With methods of K-core analysis and Block Modeling of social network analysis(SNA),we identified the subjects participated in technical knowledge diffusion with proprietors citation network,identified different types of proprietors,analysed the roles of different proprietors in technical knowledge diffusion.Finally,we put forward the strategy of technology promotion based on the type of proprietors.The second part,research on the objects of technology knowledge diffusion based on patent full citation relationship: Based on patent full citation information(forward reference,backward reference,and potential forward reference)and methods of patent citation analysis and text mining,we studied the objects of technology knowledge diffusion,namely,the content of technology knowledge diffusion.Firstly,we tracked the path of technical knowledge diffusion using citation links.Secondly,we measured the degree of technical knowledge diffusion through the calculation of text similarity.Thirdly,we used the evaluation matrix to identify the types of technical knowledge diffusion.Finally,we summarized six kinds of technical topics corresponding to the types of technical knowledge diffusion,and put forward the corresponded technology promotion strategies.The third part,we carried out an empirical study with grapheme technology,verified the feasibility and effectiveness of this method.And according to the results of empirical analysis,we gived the technology promotion strategies of graphene.This study aimed to improve the existing research methods of technical knowledge diffusion,enrich the research content and perspectives of technical knowledge diffusion and propose the strategy of technical knowledge diffusion.We strived to help enterprises to enhance the ability to identify the diffusion subjects and the diffusion themes,promote enterprises to put forward the correct diffusion strategy and encourage enterprises to absorb heterogeneous innovation resources from the outside world to make up for their own shortcomings,reduce R & D risk,improve their technical influence,spread their own innovation resources to other areas and improve the transformation of R & D results.
