Human resources are the first enterprise development resources, human resources management is the rapid development of the Wal-Mart China during the development of one of the keys. Research aimed at Wal-Mart China by analyzing the status of human resource management, human resource supply company to find out there the main problem. Attempts to use the basic theory of human resource supply, combined with corporate life cycle theory in the process of rapid development of enterprise features, and pre-made supply of human resources proposed for the next three years, Wal-Mart in China to achieve its strategic objectives to provide human resources support. The study mainly the following aspects:First, human resource management theory and practice of drawing on analysis and the theory of human resource planning, corporate life cycle theory, as well as the current human resources planning theory research.The second is the case study. Wal-Mart China through human resource management, in-depth analysis, respectively, from Wal-Mart China's current situation, survey-based compensation, talent evaluation and human resource management, competency-based model of human resources, career and development prospects, existence of the business aspects of time and space to discuss Wal-Mart China's human resources and supply factors. Wal-Mart China through human resource management, the basic situation, the main problem facing human resource management situation analysis, target market and its characteristics analysis, a more comprehensive analysis of Wal-Mart China's basic conditions of human resource management.Third, Wal-Mart China's rapid development during the human resource supply strategy countermeasures. These include high-speed development period, Wal-Mart China's human resource supply strategy design steps, design principles, investigation and analysis of content, high-speed development period, Wal-Mart China's human resources.Fourth, Wal-Mart China's rapid development during the implementation of human resource supply strategy initiatives. Including human resource planning to improve the position in the enterprise, standardize the organizational foundation for human resource planning, human resource planning strategy to implement the budget plan, the implementation of human resource planning responsibilities and improve HRMIS, to ensure the effective implementation of human resource planning strategy and so on.
