The experiences and researches have shown that the cluster learning has become an important driving force to promote the development of the cluster. According to cluster learning, the cooperation between different firms could be deepen and the core advantages could be maintained. Cluster learning has become an indispensable member of the incentives to grow up. However, what should not be overlooked is that because the differences from the cluster environments, with the expanding of the cluster learning, Firms in cluster are rendering more and more obvious differences in transformation performances. Some firms restructuring successfully, while others demonstrate lack of development, even demise. As the main body of a cluster, firms' performances related to the development of the whole cluster. So, it is necessary to research the relationship of the cluster memory, cluster learning and transformation performances at the firms' level.The purpose of this paper is to explore the content of cluster memory and the relationship between the CM, CL and TP. In order to achieve these purposes, several methods such as literature review and questionnaire. In order to test the hypothesis and the research model, about 200 questionnaires were used to analyze by using CFA, EFA and so on. Then, we got the following conclusion:(1)As a social cognitive phenomena, CM includes cluster memory dependence and cluster change.(2)There is a significant positive correlation between the internal and external learning and the transformation. So, in the business activities of these firms, internal and external learning should be treated equally.(3)The two dimensions of the CM were all played a positive moderating role in the relationship between the external learning and transformation. In other words, the higher of the level CM, the moderating role are much higher. But this moderating role is not significant between internal learning and TP, just because the samples which we selected have a special learning habit.
