Research On The Development Of Industry Cluster In Henan Province

Since 1970s, with the rapid development of the traditional industry cluster in North Italy and its distinct competitive advantage in a global economy, industry cluster has received more and more attention. Many domestic and foreign scholars have conducted research to it. As a new regional economy development theory, industry cluster theory has also become a focus in economics field in china. Many scholars have carried on perspectives discussion to the clusters in developed areas, such as Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Guangdong provinces. Taking Hennan as example, the biggest and the most representative province in the middle area, this article does a systematic research on the clusters phenomenon, so as to obtain certain helpful conclusion to the rise of the middle area.Firstly, this article simply reviewed gradient shift theory and growth pole theory, elaborated with emphasis the application limitation of this two in reality, particularly under the nowadays economic environment, and has analyzed the reason briefly, then has interpreted industry cluster theory, especially its development to the above two theory and its unique function of displaying each regional resources conformity, is the one suits Chinese national condition. Next, this paper explain industry cluster's concept, specially at first proposed the time background and the present exudes has melted the cluster concept, then make sure the industrial cluster's meaning which this article refers. Then this article analysis industry cluster effect, theoretically proving the industrial cluster's superiority in regional economy development. Following, unifies the Henan Province first economical general survey and the industry cluster special investigation material, has analyzed the present situation how industry cluster in Henan Province develops, and its vital significance of the rises of the middle area, simultaneously summarizing several major problems which currently exist in the Henan industry clusters, and the reasons to the problems. Finally, in the implementation of industry cluster strategy in Henan province, this paper puts forward the proposal as to the question what industry cluster policy process should pay attention to. Different form many other studies on local industry cluster at present, excessively placing the foothold on the industrial layout plan aspect, this article has paid great attention to put forward the proposal form the difference between cluster policy and industry policy.
