TPH company is a professional real estate valuation business, entered the Guangzhou market in 2005, the past few years is beyond financial business, in 2008 the financial crisis, foreign business fluctuation is very big, therefore, the company determined to domestic banks development. But the TPH Company in the early in the project did not take these factors into account, but simple to set up the project to run the project. The lack of systematic project schedule management must make the project cannot realize originally conceived economic benefits, but not to the bank customer requirements. This paper takes TPH company to undertake the project schedule control improvement as the research object, the whole idea is as follows:(1)Using PERT method first TPH company to undertake projects and meticulous division, in the original "single - scene - within the industry, issued the" flow based on, and then broken down into work units.. Then the single task cycle estimation, reach project single task most likely using time. Finally, according to the analysis of periodic estimation without a change in TPH Company to undertake the project scope of business under the premise, put forward to shorten the project time measures.(2)Based on the theory of constraints for" trading business ranking optimization" model. First the paper studies the following two questions:①how to profit of enterprise, competitive advantage maximization as the goal, determined to complete the order priority criteria;②in determining the order priority rules, the trading business ranking method to reasonably arrange the evaluation resources. In the recognition system based on bottleneck resources, fully tapping the potential of bottleneck, allowing the system to maximize output. The resulting TPH Company to undertake the project based on the theory of constraints on the order arrangement optimization flow chart.(3)Based on the critical chain to complete the" single project" and" project" progress flow study. This paper first defines the resource buffer dummy activity. Use resource buffer empty activity in constructing key chain set in the buffer region, ensure the effective utilization of resources, to ensure that the entire critical chain schedule to meet the needs of the target.
