In recent years, with the continuous development of social economy, and the accelerating pace of work and life, the pressure from social, work, family and other aspects is increased ceaselessly,which make occupation burnout gradually to become a more general issues in professionals and be focused by public. According to the survey, more than 70% professionals tired of work, said"I don't like work now". Occupational burnout results in the poor quality of the work,and the low efficiency of the work, which makes inestimable negative effect on enterprises and society to,at the same time,which make s person in sub-healthy state and is bad to the individual 's physical and mental health. The current postal enterprises, undergoing the constant reform of system and mechanism, are gradually transformed from an old traditional state-owned enterprise to a fully market-oriented modern enterprise. Postal contract employees, also have experienced the significant transition and transformation from a secure job initially to the golden rice in the post era,and to going all out in the work now.During the time, they endured multiple overwhelming pressures of the reform of system and mechanism, the internal management, market management and self-adjustment of pressures,which makes the phenomen of occupation burnout increase highly.Therefore,we shouldn't ignore the bad effect on the administrativet ability and service level. At the same time,it put forward a tremendous challenge to management.This article researches the postal contract employees occupation burnout from the postal service 's particularity.It measures and analyzes the occupation burnout by the survey method, quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis.It analyzes the causes and also puts forward to the settlements of the ways,methods and measures from the individual promotion, the cares of the organization and their inter-promotion.The article regards promoving the attention of the postal high executives of occupation burnout and putting down it as the research direction and the final objective.
