In recent years, the rapid development of China Food Industry, food safety incidents occurred in succession, food safety has become a common concern and even the world.In the current situation, the state attaches great importance to food safety, food inspection work on the new requirements, the food inspection agency's long-term development must be based on scientific quality management system.AY Testing Center as the region key food inspection agency, and relative to the developed areas of the inspection agency, the lack of scientific management as a guiding philosophy, the quality of work and management system can not effectively control and operation. Thus, in the food inspection mission to increase year by year the reality of the state, through AY Testing Center for food inspection quality research, improve the existing quality management, to establish some adapt to the current food security situation and future development needs of the inspection bodies of scientific management systems and its application in practical work.Research methods in accordance with quality management, AY Testing Center for inspection of food and work using survey data collection methods such as Record, to identify the factors affecting the quality of work and related aspects of the problem and carry out analysis and research, summarized in the following areas:management system is imperfect, there is no science to facilitate the management information system, quality of the distribution of functions is not clear, human resources management backward. Associated with internal experts and staff combined, the use of causal analysis diagram, the quality of food inspection to improve the detailed study, based on the actual work needs to solve the problem of sorting out the views and suggestions through the analysis of data collected on the impact of work quality factors and deficiencies in the system, related to the design table to establish a new management system, adjusting the functions of planning and other forms of food inspection work proposed to improve the quality of quality management improvement measures, and put into practice. Specific distribution of quality management functions, set the quality control section, measuring equipment management, personnel training, management, drug inventory management, performance appraisal management, information management and other aspects of the detailed design and system analysis to explain the solution, according to the corresponding need to design systems and application forms.After studying the implementation of the program, and should PDCA cycle theory, the results are evaluated to achieve AY Testing Center significantly improved the quality of food inspection, there was a substantial increase customer satisfaction goals.2011 AY Testing Center reports the rate of change fell to 0.5%, the phenomenon of the gradual extension of inspection reports reduced, customer satisfaction rose to 95%; related to the implementation of quality management system to eliminate the extended use of instruments and equipment, responsibilities of quality management functions in place; LIMS to reduce construction time, materials, and other aspects of waste, reducing test costs and improve efficiency.Food inspection work in the food safety regulatory system plays an important role, AY food inspection and testing center also need to continually improve the quality of work, increased learning and training, the introduction of advanced management concepts to improve the quality of the personnel management and professional quality, theory with practice through applications, strengthening food inspection management system, improve the management system, improve the quality of work to promote and maintain sustainable development. This study hopes to work for food inspection and quality management research and practice to provide some ideas and reference.
