Research On The Supply Chain Collaboration Management Of Shengli Oil Field Based On Value Chain Management

Shengli Oil Field belongs to China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation. Shengli Oil Field mainly focuses on the petroleum and gas production, as well as exploration, mining, construction and social service. In one word, Shengli Oil Field is a state-owned large enterprise with varieties of departments. Supply chain collaboration management could make enterprises collaborate hand in glove, reduce cost and develop quick response to market demands.Value chain theory focuses on the dynamic process of value creation. Supply chain collaboration is a new model to use and management the supply chain resource effectively, enhance enterprise cooperation and maximize supply chain profits. So the study of Shengli Oil Field materials supply chain collaboration based on value chain management, could improve the service level of logistics, reduce the logistics cost, bring down the operation cost of supply chain, promote economic develop and effectively management the flow of information, cash and production.This article integrates the value chain management, supply chain collaboration theory and the situation of Shengli Oil Field. It studies on the optimization models, operation mechanisms and collaborative degree evaluation of Shengli Oil Field materials supply chain collaboration based on value chain management. The study result could be as the industry reference of supply chain collaboration.(1) This article used the value chain management and supply chain collaboration theory in Shengli Oil Field materials supply chain and constructed the supply chain collaboration model of Shengli Oil Field materials supply chain based on value chain management.(2) According to the feature of Shengli Oil Field materials supply chain, this article constructed supply chain collaboration mechanism system to promote the collaboration develop.(3) This article delved into the supply chain collaboration degree evaluation method and constructed the collaboration degree evaluation index system according to the feature of petroleum industry. Through the demonstration analyse, this article provided the proposals and suggestions to develop the collaboration of Shengli Oil Field materials supply chain.
