The Study On Supply Chain Collaboration Degree Evaluation Model

In the environment where market competition manifests as the competition betwween different supply chains, the supply chain coordination can make each node enterprise in the chain build effective cooperation and collaboration through the integration of the respective advantages of resources, realizing the supply chain coordination effects such as fast response to the market demand, cost reduction, efficiency improvement, and thus improving the supply chain of the whole competition ability. At present, the supply chain coordination has become a hot research spot of academic and business circles. The deep researches on supply chain collaboration such as supply chain coordination mechanism, collaborative degree and the evaluation system have important theoretical and practical significance.The paper mainly consists of six parts, the introduction and the theory study, supply chain coordination model, supply chain coordination degree evaluation model and evaluation index system, case analysis and conclusions.The first part of this paper mainly discusses the research background and its significance, summarizes the present researches on supply chain coordination home and abroad and also introduces the research content and innovation points of this paper.The second part of the paper briefly analyzes the connotation, structure and process of supply chain, develops a depth evaluation of the supply chain coordination theory and defines the concept of the supply chain collaboration from the pivotal perspectives of coordination theory, supply chain coordination connotation, supply chain coordination levels and supply chain coordination effect.The third part of the paper based on the theory research, conducts a depth study into the supply chain collaboration mechanism, which is the most important part of the supply chain coordination. Based on the analysis on supply chain coordination mechanism, this paper explores the connotation of the supply chain collaboration from the the perspective of "five flow" and node enterprises in supply, and then construct the supply chain coordination model.The fourth part of this paper analysis the connotation of the collaboration degree of the supply chain firstly, then establish the model to measure supply chain coordination degree according to mechanism and model of supply chain collaboration. According to the model and the meaning of five sub-system order and factors to it, this paper selects the component of order parameters in supply chain and transforms them to the indexs of five sub-system order. Finally this paper constructures the evaluation system of supply chain coordination degree. The fifth part of this paper chooses two different supply chains that one consist of three enterprises and the core enterprise is one of machine manufacture enterprises in Shenyang, another also consist of three manufacturing enterprises and the core is one of car assembly enterprises in Dalian as the research object, collect the data through questionnaire and the interview to top managers and evaluate the degree of this two supply chains with the model. The empirical result shows that the model to evaluate the collaboration degree of supply chain is effective.The sixth part of this paper summarizes the main research results and point the questions which need to be further researched.
