Retail is the one in the forefront of the current economic market, also it is internationally recognized further growth of the industry. On the annual list of Fortune 500 companies in 2011, Wal-Mart ranked first again, and it got eighth champions in the last ten years. In recent years, Chinese domestic retail sector should have higher rate of GDP growth. Following the growth of the domestic retail business and development, the Chinese retail market keep going to expand capacity and major international retail giant and companies continues got into the Chinese market, the system of it becomes enhanced and improved. With the increasing openness of the retail market, the consumer behaviour is showing a trend os diversification, and promote the domestic development of retail formats goes further.Well as Chinese retail market, the system of it is building and keep continuously improve business organizations, the situation they will face is that increasingly tough competition, so how to make a good business in the tough competitive issue and survival is what the retail enterprise, especially the large retail enterprise have to consider those major problem. For the retail business, operating income will directly reflect the efficient the size, the operating income for the retail business is extremely important. We know about the key affecting the operating income. And how to improve the retail business will provide a theoretical data based on their revenues, it makes the Chinese large-scale retail enterprise survival and development.Affect the revenues of the retail business there are many factors, this paper mainly micro-factors as a major research focus, as well as by consulting the literature for many years I work in large retail experience to further study XX Group, for example, the product of factors, human factors, environmental factors and other factors to further refine the micro factors, commodity factors used for the commodity structure, commodity prices, merchandising and product display element analysis of four observed variables; for human factors with business leaders, employees and consumers three analysis of observed variables; for environmental factors with geographical location, competitive environment and shopping environment for analysis three observed variables; for other factors linked with a shopping card and to analyze the size of two observed variables, the final form of a questionnaire survey and the use of structural equation model for empirical research. AMOS path coefficient by the standard sort of analysis, the key factors affecting revenue in descending order of environmental factors, commodity factors, human factors and other factors. The observed variables were the most critical factor is the competitive environment, geography, commodity prices, commodity marketing, and consumers. Based on the above results we further analyzed, and measures put forward five suggestions:full understanding of competitors; site selection is critical; strict control of commodity prices; variety of promotional items and prices is very important; consumer psychology is an important corporate research work. Further large-scale retail enterprises how to increase revenues, improve data provide strong support.Innovation of this paper is that I selected this revenue vital to the development of the retail business conducted in-depth study to explore the factors that will affect retail revenue analysis of the factors one by one; this paper, the form of a questionnaire survey of the factors impact survey, and for the first time using structural equation modeling approach to the investigation results of deeper analysis, the data provide a strong foundation.
