The internal management communication is becoming increasingly important in the organization development under the fierce market competition. Only by effective management communication, the executive force and cohesion of staff can be improved, the market competitiveness can be enhanced. However, many data and researches showed the organizations were plagued by non-effective communication, and even influenced their development.In this study, we take SDJ Co. as an example. By in-depth interviewing with some representative office staffs, we analyzed the communication problems in SDJ, mined the potentiality from individual and organization point respectively, eliminated communication barriers, straightened out the communication process, put forward some effective ideas and methods to solve the problems. The final target is to promote the organization's strategic development.In this paper, we studied the communication problems happened in SDJ, and put forward some effective ideas and methods to perfect the communication system, strengthen the communication consciousness, improve the employee's work quality, optimize the organization's management level. This study led to an integrity between the individual psychology and group norms, which can give relevant reference to some similar company. Thus, the company can have good management by effective communication.
