With the rapid development of labor relations market-economization, that the increasingly acute labor conflicts recalls us to do profound research on labor relations management theory and practice, then it can be more conducive to solve the existing problems in the establishment and operation of labor relations. Labor relations management has a great impact on enterprises (employers), workers and the society as well. In terms of enterprise, employee’s loyalty, job performance, wages and welfares all are the important factors on influencing labor costs, productivity, management benefit, and even the enterprise daily operation and sustainable development. For works, their workload, working conditions, remuneration dispatched by the corporation would decide their career development, living standards, physical and mental health, self-identity and personal dignity. As to society, labor relations played an important role in inflation, economic growth and the unemployment situation, the total amount and distribution of social wealth, and thus indirectly influence all members of society their quality of life and happiness index. In other words, that the stability of labor relations in enterprise is not only affect the labor costs of enterprise and workers’their own interests, but also affect social stability, the big investment environment and the market competitiveness of enterprise. Labor relations management has become a core issue in enterprise management, the harmony of labor relations management can directly determine the future development of enterprise, it’s the key factor in access to external competitive advantage and effective allocation of social resources and its stability can support the rapid economic growth of corporation, reduce the barriers for the market entry and exit, and promote the efficiency of resource allocation.In this paper the author set the labor relations management issue of Shenzhen corporation W as the research subject, analyzed their management situation and problems through seminars, questionnaires and interviews, etc, based on the theory of labor relations, drew on the "Labor Contract Law" and other relevant laws and regulations combined with the practice of human resource management. For the purpose of optimizing the human resources by cutting the labor cost in operation and raising operation efficiency, the author focused research on how to manage corporation W by law,how to take effective measures to enhance employment management, how to ease labor conflicts and improve staff welfare and harmonious labor relations, for the purpose above, labor relations management program of corporation W is redesigned.
