Tujia Minority is one of the ten most populous ethnic minority of China, with a long history. While, with the changing times, traditional ethnic culture of Tujia Minority is slowly being assimilated, or even dying. First, the information bombing from the modern media outside is leading to most of the Tujia information in a passive dissemination., And second, within the Tujia community, people do not take the inheritance of folk custom seriously enough, causing the results of a shortage of follow-up talents and lack of cultural innovation, Because of these reasons above, for the Tujia culture, the enthusiasm of the proactive dissemination is not high. The population of Tujia Minority shows a high degree of concentration distribution, with 99% of the Tujia population locating in the remote Wuling mountains, common boundary of four provinces, Hunan, Hubei, Chongqing, and Guizhou. A large part of this region is rural, With an economic backwardness and low level of urbanization, making this region a typical early-liberated, minority nationality, border and poor area of China. In this paper, I took the Tujia folk culture transmission as the theme, under the guides of some related theories, such as communication, cultural industry ,cultural transmission, and a small number of tourism theories .With the methods of combination of theory and practice, I analyzed the characteristics of the communication of Tujia folk culture and its communication situation, from which I got the result of the feasibility and necessity of Tujia folk culture deep communication, and the industrial development ,including Han nationality registering. At last, I did a research on a few new modes of transmission of folk culture, aimed at offering some new scientific methods and ideas for the communication and development of the Tujia folk culture.
