Study The Different Performance On The Impact Of Income Gap Based On The SCP Paradigm

After 30 years of reforming and opening up. china's economic growth rale has created a miracle after another. however. in china's economic development. the income gap between residents has continued worsening.wages is the main source of income of residents, with an imbalance between the different sectors of distribution, the income of monopoly industries is much higher than other industries blamed by everyone, based on industrial organization theory and the theory of income distribution, this paper reviewed the evolution of china's income distribution process.summary the theory of income gap.on this basis, according to the actual situation that there are huge income gape between different industries in china.and people question the source of monopoly's high income.the main content of this paper include the following ideas:(1)Explaining the concept of the industrial structure, industry performance and Gini coefficient which are involved in the study, reviewing the development process and the research results of the scp paradigm theory and kuznets inverted u curve theory which support the article, making a prepare for the following studies and theoretical groundwork.(2)The article has reviewed income evolution process since the founding of new china, including the main features of the average income distribution before reforming and opening and efficiency as the main feature of the income distribution after reforming and opening.and from a practical point of view and development trend to describe the current situationof china's income distribution in different industries.(3)From the perspective of the traditional theory to analyze economic development, resource endowments, the weakening of government action and policy on the impact of the uneven distribution of income, based on the effect that operating profit of industry conduction to wage levels, proposed that different performance in different industries have important effect on the gap of income distribution. there is no necessary connection between the simple form of monopoly and income inequality.(4)On the basis of the empirical analysis,propose some suggestions to improve income gap from the angle of market ande income:foster a balanced market structure within the industry.promote inter-industry average of the performance; strengthen policy control, regulate market competition:establish income monitoring system: increase the regulation of the initial distribution and redistribution efforts:do good job to protect employment.
