With the sustained growth of domestic economy,national average income and consumption levels increased significantly,the automobile market developed rapidly,automobile sales,auto accessories sales,automotive services and other related automobile circulation industry growing accordingly.From the earliest single-store business to mergers and acquisitions,carrying out scale management,and then taking the path of group operations,automobile circulation industry achieves amazing transformation over 10 years.However,domestic automobile circulation industry lags behind developed countries,in particular,the development of forward-looking thinking of the enterprise,so the importance of making development strategy has become increasingly prominent.In this paper,Zhejiang Y automobile circulation group as the research object,relying on strategic management theory,combined with the development of Y automobile group status,study its development strategy.Using PEST and SWOT tools and Five Forces Model,By analyzing the macro environment,competitive environment and internal environment of Y automobile group,formulate strategy accordingly,including overall strategy(vision,ideas,business model and business mix,etc.),business strategy(sales strategy and post-service strategy),and put forward strategic implementation paths and safeguard measures.In this paper,it is concluded that Y automobile group should aim at the integration of automobile industry chain,through build the platform,optimize the structure,promote innovation and so on,cultivate strategic control,innovate business model,carry out brand management.Fully realize industrialization development,intensive management,integrated management,to make the enterprise becomes industry-leading,sustainable development,domestic first-class auto integrated business integrated service providers.The research result of this paper,not only provide suggestions for Y automobile group to formulate and implement strategic planning,but also has certain reference value for other automobile circulation enterprises.
