Since 1995 China Post has launched"Concurrent-business insurance agents", which is mainly based on cooperation agreement and is the initial stage to be involved in the insurance industry. Within many provinces all over the country, China Post established the specialized agency, engaged in"insurance products agency activities"in 2002. This model with respect to Concurrent-business insurance agents in the insurance industry is more steps forward. In 2006, China Post and France's largest life insurance company, National Life Insurance Company, each to contribute 50% to establish the Sino-French Life Insurance Company, which is a new breakthrough to cooperate with the insurance company in the organization and the level. In 2009, China Post capitalized his own insurance company, the China Post insurance company. In 2010, China Post insurance company has set up three branches and operated them orderly. At the same time, China Post insurance company begins to prepare for the opening of another two branches. In this case, the study of China Post insurance company's strategy is urgent and necessary.Based on managerial economics, this paper is made the study of that"how to plan and develop insurance business further in today's competitive market environment as a new launched insurance company"through document search and observation method, by the way of material analysis and interpretation, the application of SWOT analysis theory, the market marketing theory, organizational behavior theory, human resources management theory methods and so on. Described in this paper, the author focuses on the development strategy of China Post insurance company in the differentiation strategy, business development strategy, human resources strategies.
