With reference to developing countries with underdeveloped economies such as India,Bangladesh and the Philippines,small cash life insurance business has been launched one after another to provide low-cost risk insurance business for low-income people in the country,and has achieved encouraging results.At the same time,taking advantage of China's successful participation in the International IAIS-CGAP Small Insurance Joint Working Group in 2007,China has successively issued a series of government documents serving the "three farmers" policy,hoping to break through the market-oriented approach of financial services.Difficult policy-oriented poverty alleviation work with insufficient coverage.Since 2008,the number and scale of organizations participating in the trial of the small-sum personal insurance business in rural areas have been increasing year by year.The content of the business has gradually become rich and diverse,and the number of audiences participating in the insurance business and the range of regions have continued to grow.The small amount of life insurance business in rural areas provides low cost and reliable risk protection services for the rural low-income people.It effectively reflects the key value of poverty alleviation and poverty alleviation in the service of "three farmers".This paper takes the small amount of life insurance business in the countryside of Jiangxi Branch of China Post Life as the research object,and deeply studies and analyzes the existing problems in the process of related business development in Jiangxi Branch of China Post Life.In the first chapter and the second chapter,the author collates and summarizes the research background,research significance and domestic and foreign research results of the construction and development of rural small-sum insurance business on theoretical definition and related literature.In the third chapter,the paper systematically and in detail expounds and deeply analyzes the shortcomings and shortcomings exposed in the development of the small amount insurance business in the countryside.A questionnaire was designed on how to carry out the planning and design of the rural small amount insurance business correctly and effectively in Jiangxi Branch of China Post Life.And through the SWOT analysis method and the Porter five force analysis model method to analyze the company's market competition advantages and disadvantages systematically,to achieve the guiding effect of the remedy;In the fourth chapter,according to the development trend of the industry and the outstanding problems in the development of the small amount insurance business in rural areas,the specific implementation strategy is formulated.In the fifth chapter,we use the theoretical principles of the 28 laws to carry out targeted implementation measures and organizational arrangements for the "Implementation Measures for Company Differentiation Development Strategy","Implementation Measures for Corporate Business Development Strategy" and "Implementation Measures for Corporate Human Resources Strategy".The results and energy efficiency are good,and the analysis and treatment of the problems have a common reference meaning.It is worth learning from and learning from domestic industry.
