Oil spill on the sea is one of the global environmental problems caused by energy resource. With the rapid development of the global economies, marine pollution on the global ecological environment has become increasingly serious.April 2010 U.S. "oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico" and July 2010 in Dalian, China "7.16 oil spill incident" are the largest maritime oil spill incidents in the world that year. The two serious oil spill incidents brought great disasters to the local marine, and not only caused immeasurable impact to the local ecological environment but also the whole global ecological environment. This effect may last 10 years,20 years or even longer. June 2011, took place in China's Bohai Bay, "Penglai 19-3 oil field oil spill" is the longest and most damaging oil spill, in 2011 China and the world.China is the world's second largest oil consumer and only less than USA, but China's oil spill emergency response mechanism is far behind the U.S., Europe and the Middle East---some of the major oil producing countries and oil consuming countries.Oil Spill Response industry is a new but rapid development industry. In the intense trade competition, there must be a perfect strategic plan to guide L Company sales and management in oil spill emergency equipment, hoping that the successful executer of the plan can improve the oil spill response capacity of target customers.This paper combines the marketing practice with knowledge from the 3 years MBA marketing study of Lanzhou University and gets a complete set of oil spill emergency equipment marketing programs. It will play a guiding role in the future management of the products; at the same time, hoping it can inspire and help to the marketing management and build the efficient marketing team.In this paper, the target marketing strategy of L Company oil spill equipment is studied. According to Porter "Five Forces" model and the 4Ps marketing theory and analyzing the status, problems and goals of the oil spill emergency equipment of L Company, A feasible marketing strategy for L Company is made to sale the oil spill emergency equipment in target marketing.In addition, security measures and the corresponding control methods are made for the implementation and control of marketing strategy to ensure the successful implementation of the various marketing objectives.
