Housing Security For Migrant Workers In Chongqing Research

Migrant workers'house problem has become a focus in our today's society. Housing security issues related to social harmony and stability, so it needs to be solved immediately.On the basis of relevant literatures, this paper through the investigating of migrant workers'dwelling place, house condition and housing requirement, the migrant workers'house problem settling of Chongqing downtown and found these following problems: the majority of migrant workers are unable to purchase a house. They living conditions is poor and affordable housing's supply is inadequate. Secondly, this paper studies the exploration of Chongqing's housing security of migrant workers, and locate some problems. It also draws lesson fromt the successful experience of housing development in other countries and regions, and draws the following revelation: The Government should play a leading role in building low-income housing security system. Government should define the security objects scientifically and reasonably, and should build multi-level housing security system housing. Legalization of housing security is the basis for implementation of housing security system .the development of effective policies to financial support, to support low-income groups building housing security, housing security to build a sound information system, establish and improve the withdrawal mechanism. On this basis, the article discusses how to improve the analysis of migrant workers in Chongqing City, the housing security system.Finally, economic and social development of Chongqing City, the reality of living with characteristics of migrant workers, housing needs and promote the integration of migrant workers to speed up the target cities, migrant workers explored the basic structure of the housing security system and the policy points, mainly by the following composition: the protection of objects, solve the model, protection mode, exit mechanism, financial support. Clear housing migrant workers in Chongqing City, the scope of protection of migrant workers building a multi-level housing security system, improve the entry and exit mechanism, build multi-channel sources such as policy recommendations. Improve housing security of migrant workers is only part of social security, migrant workers need to really improve the social security system, so as to truly do protect people's livelihood, improve people's livelihood and promote the overall development of Chongqing, and promote sustained and healthy economic and social development of Chongqing.
