How To Choose Third-Party Logistic Company And Establishing Assessment System

In the fierce market competition, the third-party logistics, as a new logistic service, is arising the attention from almost every industry and is getting support from them as well. Then, the paper points out the importance of the third-party logistics and the opportunities and risks that the enterprises are facing. On the bases of that, the paper presents the index system on choosing and assessing the logistics by studying the case of Anhui Xinke New Materials Corporation Ltd. By analyzing Xinke's problem aroused by the present approaches of choosing the logistic companies, this paper puts forward the new approaches of choosing the third-party logistic companies and set the corresponding assessing system to help the enterprises and the logistics establish a healthy and stable relationship.
