Research On Industry Logistics Index Of Building Materials Industry In Hebei Province

Building material industry is one of the ten pillar industries in Hebei Province, which greatly influences the development of social economy. But resources are increasingly scarce, the prices of raw materials goes up. The slump state of the real estate leads to the weak demand, falling prices of building materials products. The development of the building materials industry gets into a bottleneck stage. As the third profit source, logistics is the important breakthrough in the development of building materials industry at the present stage. Logistics activities play an important role in the whole economic system, but the high logistics costs and the low efficiency of logistics operation, and restricting the development of related industries seriously.In order to make logistics provide a better service for related industries, this paper takes the building material logistics of Hebei Province as the research object, taking the industrial logistics index as the core, making a research on the development of building materials logistics in Hebei Province, which is based on the research of the related theories. In this paper, the development of building materials logistics is slow, the operation efficiency is not high. The gray correlation analysis method is used to research the relationship between building materials industry and logistics industry. Then, the building materials industry logistics index is calculated and found that there is a big gap between Hebei Province and other cities in our country. In order to improve the efficiency of building materials logistics better, this paper analyzes the influencing factors of building materials industry logistics index, and drawing their relationship hierarchy. According to the results of the above research, it puts forward the suggestions to reduce transportation, storage, distribution and management cost, in order to improve the utilization of resources and reduce the total cost of logistics. And from the perspective of building materials enterprises and logistics enterprises, the development of building materials logistics in Hebei Province is proposed. The research results of this text not only have great significance to the development of building materials in Hebei Province, but also can provide reference value for other industries.
