Research On The Custody Mode Of Power Engineering Materials Based On The Third Party Logistics

At present the domestic power companies pay more and more attention to logistics management of electric material, especially for the construction periods. But the current logistics management mode is not very suit for power companies. The paper summarized the status of surrogated electric material storage firstly, theory of material management, third party material management and theory of project construction management. Then the characters and condition of project construction logistics are analyzed. The mode of third party surrogated material management is developed.Research on mode of third party surrogated material management will integrate modem material management method and instrument to provide a better way for electric project material management. Then a new mode of third party surrogated material management is designed, based on the theory of third party material management. The advantage and disadvantage of the new mode is also analyzed and evaluated.The paper combined the theory and practice to develop the new mode of third party surrogated material management. The research method is applied the material management theory to the new management mode. The new mode will create higher efficiency and lower stocking and management costs, and provide scientific and timely storage management necessities. The research of new material management mode for electric project can explore new surrogated material management method by introducing third professional management company to achieve cost reduction and better material management level. Lastly, the research on new material management mode can supply valuable experience and reference schemes.
