| Shipping enterprises play important in one Country's economical development. With the accomplishment of market economical system and the improvement of modern company, the large-scale shipping company can raise money through capital market both home and abroad, however, a small and medium-sized shipping company is hard to circulate necessary funds from bank and financial circles because of small sized and short time management. Shipping investment fund pays more attention to the shipping that national economy are badly in need, such as large scale oil tanker, liquefaction shipping. All of these items are monopolized by large scale shipping, which restrict the development of small and medium-sized shipping seriously. For this reason, construct the funds that adapt to small and medium-sized shipping is necessary, which can afford a platform for small and medium-sized shipping, then it is also benefit for development of our country shipping.The study is based on the characteristic of shipping enterprises and the theory of finance in small and medium-sized shipping, firstly, in order to make clear and definite of shipping invest fund, the definition of small and medium-sized shipping is shown; then the development of shipping funds both at home and on abroad, which pay more attention to the state of shipping funds, to explicit the achievement of shipping funds on small and medium-sized shipping, to find the problems existing in the development of shipping funds, then analyze the reason. Finally, the study gives countermeasures to build the shipping funds, such as the range of shipping funds, the raise of shipping funds, the process of shipping funds. Then the study uses the case to explain how to apply the shipping funds. |
