This situation has severely affected Heilongjiang Electric Power Company's financial management, this is leading to a variety of financial risks.Firstly, Considering the characteristics of Heilongjiang Electric Power Company and internal Theorists' research of power company's financial risk and control, we analyzed the status of financial risk management, and through questionnaires and other ways to analyze problems and underlying causes of a problem. Then, according to financial risk in Heilongjiang Electric Power Company, we built Heilongjiang Electric Power Company's financial risk control system including risk identification, risk measurement, risk control and feedback, and other subsystems. Finally, combined with financial risk control system,we put forward policies and systems safeguards to create a good environment for the financial risk control system.
