| In today’s complex and volatile global environment,understanding the inherent risks of business and taking more dynamic strategies for risk management has become a top priority for corporate shareholders and operators.The core of enterprise risk management is the management of financial risk.The focus of financial management is to pre-control and manage the possible major financial risks and financial crises in order to avoid the transition from financial risk to financial crisis and survival crisis,so the enterprises can achieve sustainable development.Therefore,it is of great significance to improve the understanding of the importance of enterprise financial risk management,strengthen the control of financial risk management and adopt the corresponding risk coping strategy,which is of great significance to the healthy development of enterprise.This paper first introduces the related concepts of financial risk and financial risk management,including some typical characteristics,categories and influencing factors,and the relevant domestic and foreign theories of financial risk and financial risk control are introduced in this paper.Some of the comb,pay attention to its forward-looking and practical,a preliminary understanding of the basic principles of financial risk management and framework;and then the object of this study-YJ’s wind power business to simply introduce the longitudinal analysis of YJ wind power by the overall Financial status analysis,pointing out its financial management process in the existence of some of the problems and influencing factors.Then,according to the basic process of financial risk management,the financial risk of YJ wind power business is identified according to the financial statements of YJ wind power,and the main financial risks are pointed out.The financial risk evaluation system is constructed by the efficiency coefficient method and the analytic hierarchy process.The financial risk of the overall assessment,to determine the level of its risk,and affect the YJ wind financial risk of non-financial indicators to evaluate,and that these risks on the sustainable development of enterprises posed a certain threat.Finally,according to the main financial risk of YJ wind power,the corresponding control measures and supporting preventive measures are put forward to deal with the financial risks effectively. |
