| A good financial control system enable business enterprise to be solid, provide reliable financial information, and avoid criminal act. In market economy, it's necessary for enterprise or government to establish and improve internal financial control.This thesis put forward the thought of question, analysis question and settlement question serving as the thread, analyzing and trying to establish a set of financial control system in a company charactered by railway multi-business companies. First, I interpret the concept of financial control, its evolution and status quo of Chinese financial control. Secondly I describe the corporate financial control in details. Thirdly in according to the status quo of multi-business companies of power supply division of Chengdu railway bureau, I analyze how to control its cash management, construction project, materials purchase and payment procedure, cost and expense, and bookkeeping procedure. Finally, in I produce four aspects to improve its financial control system: control background, regulation systems, practical measurement index systematic and effective performance measurement systems. The point is to select practical measurement index. Because in history , the power supply company fail to control it's cost. In my view, the most important thing is to establish an integrated budget system, to control it's construction cost.I try to improve the financial control of multi-business companies of power supply company of Chengdu railway bureau based on analyzing some practical cases, and intend to establish a set of financial control system suitable for it.I hope that this dissertation could provide some suggestions helpful to the financial control of multi-business companies in china railway system.Because my knowledge level is limited and I lacked more valid information, there must be many point need further improving in this thesis, especially on the aspect of practical applying need further deepen and detail. |
