The Applied Research Of SaaS Model In SMEs In Information Technology In HeiLongJiang Province

The process of informationization is of significance to improve enterprise management, reduce operation cost and enhance marketing competition of enterprises. Nowadays, although the consciousness of informationization in small and medium-sized enterprises is increasing,many issues of small scale of SMEs, limited capital, diversified business mode, lagged company management, lower technical capacity and the shortage of talent pool,which seriously hinder the process of informationization development. SaaS is an application mode applied to the process of informationization for small and medium enterprises. The threshold and risk of the process of informationization can be reduced according to the practical demands of customers. The article will speed up the process of informationization through the application of SaaS mode.First of all, the current situation has been described in the paper based on the survey, principal problems are found out and causes are analyzed emphatically. Secondly, the paper makes a statement that SaaS mode plays a key role of SMEs in Heilongjiang Province according to the existing problems of the process of informationization, the application of SaaS mode are analyzed from the view of economy and technology. Again, through PDCA (Deming circle), the application of SaaS mode during the process of informationization can decrease the risk of implementation of SMEs. The safeguard measures have been offered in SaaS mode of SMEs in Heilongjiang Province by the means of the technology, management and law, the three siblings are connected together to protect the security of software systems, eliminate the concerns of SMEs. Besides, the paper summarizes the experience of SaaS mode in Saibao Supervision Corporation through the case study that accelerates the process of informationization in SMEs.
