Information Technology Research In Shipbuilding Schedule Management

The contents and characteristic of Shipyard Process Scheduling is researched in this paper to prepare for marine information. The type of Ship Production Plan and compiling methods and specialty of each layer plan is analyzed according to the evolution and production plan feature of the modern shipbuilding model. Through the study of modern shipbuilding management model, production plan management system and the feature of production plan management on the modern shipbuilding management mode are proposed from Hull construction outfitting and painting integration and the different sized agenda, in respectively. Through the study of production planning system to regulate shipbuilding production management mode, to ensure the efficient and controlled production,to shorten the shipbuilding cycle, meanwhile, providing business support for shipbuilding production planning management information.Shipbuilding production plan foundation system mainly research the based code involved in shipbuilding production plan management and this system formulates the coding principle for based code to provide a powerful guarantee and united management support for shipbuilding enterprises information. The research of Shipbuilding production plan based system has supported the whole shipbuilding production planning management system, which is a very important part, building ship production plan coding system as the basic for the information of shipbuilding production plan.On analyzing the limitations of current shipbuilding production plan management and main gap with foreign advanced system, the paper puts forward many improvement methods and ideas based on the current situation of Chinese shipbuilding enterprise.
