Enterprises infront the new opportunities and chanlleges, according to the coming of internet age and the expanding of global market. Facing to rapid development and sever competition, products update continuously. It is hard to maintain the predominance in compitition only depand on products themselves. Instead, human resource, as a new type of capital, acts as an important role in the property right system. On the other hand, corporate culture also became an valuable concept to promote property right system.Predominance of compition among the enterprises depand not only on finance and technique, but also on human resource. Furthermore, there is a tremendous impact to implement the performance evaluation on salesman for the whole enterprise.This paper explains the purpose and background of the research, then gives a survey on the development of domestic performance mangemant. It points out problems, which exist in the enterprise performance mangement. In the next paragraph, we propose meaning, characters and influence factors of performance management, list several performance management system, and illustrate types and their characters of salesmen.We select salesmen in company M as case study object to implement performance evaluation. After analysis the real situation of company M, we first analysis its current salemen performance evaluation in a technical method, then design a new salesmen performance management system. At last, we build a brand new management system includes the following parts: performance plan, performance implementation and management, feedback and outcomes. This system could find out corner case in evaluation, figure out troubles in salemen performance assessment, innovate and develop performance assessment system in company M, then improve the integer performance of the enterprise management. The conclusion of this paper is the assessment of salemen, not only based on the simple guideline such as quanity of sales, but also set on a concrete, scientific and integrity performance management system to promote the performance of salesmen. The scheme designed in this paper has a significant impact on cultivating of salemen, allotting and adjusting the wage, and human resource strategic planning for the whole enterprise. In the mean while, its research idea and method has a widely significance on the research of human resource performance management.
