The consumption of automobile in China is growing very fast and has a great potential. The automobile industries have long consuming chains, are also highly connected, obtain large employment and provide a huge amount of consuming chains. It has a great contribution in our development.Nowadays, the competitions among high-level cars are becoming more and more vehement. In China high-level cars market, BMW, Bens are all competitors of Audi. At the meantime, brands like Volvo, Cadillac are coming into Chinese market to earn a big profit.The competitions amount high-level cars are affected by their scale of selling network. Therefore, the demand of human resource is becoming larger and larger, managers and normal staffs included.In this situation, to improve the quality of dealers network and solve the problem of staff fluctuations. Audi constitute a blue print to manage dealership HR issues.Audi are facing the challenge by its competitors, as Audi's dealerships network are becoming more and more, they are facing the challenges and chasing by its competitors. First of all, as the increasing number of dealerships gain the needs of sales adviser. Secondly, it's a serious status of staff fluctuation among existing dealerships. Whether Audi will keep being a leader in China and leading luxury cars mostly depends on dealerships'HR issuesIn this situation, to improve the quality of dealers network and solve the problem of staff fluctuations. Audi constitute a blue print to manage dealership HR issues, and spread this blue print throughout to 120 dealerships in Audi network.The author of this article analyzes the staff fluctuation problem and solves this problem with certain policy and plans as the point of view of a network manager. The following three points are included. First thing first, lower staff satisfaction and fluctuation for lower salary. Secondly, also very common in dealers network, the promotion ways are not constituted, this lead the way that most staff couldn't find the way to realize their aim. Therefore, they might go and work for other areas. Thirdly, the setting of KPI are not very well built. The staffs are not satisfied with the balance of salaries. This might also lead to staff fluctuation.To solve this problem, Audi provide different precepts to improve dealerships'HR management abilities. This article discusses how to improve the HR management level for managers and staff satisfactions to keep excellent staffs of dealerships from running away. Only in this way, can Audi improve the sales and service quality. To make a customer enjoyable and ensure Audi's leading place in China in the point of view of quality management.
